I’m Charmaine Connolly, a student health coach with Prekure and mental‑health nurse. After more than twenty years supporting people through recovery and transition, I’ve learned that wellbeing isn’t about doing more it’s about coming home to yourself.
At Stillpoint, I blend science and compassion to help you restore balance and energy before stress or fatigue turns into depletion and lifestyle disease.

With more than 20 years in mental health and alcohol & other drug (AOD) nursing, I bring a calm, grounded presence to every conversation. Together, we slow things down so you can tune in, see what’s really happening beneath the surface, and start making changes that actually fit your life, not someone else’s idea of how it should look.
Coaching is not therapy or counselling. It's about moving forward. We’ll explore your patterns, habits, and the places you feel stuck, then create simple, practical strategies that help you sleep better, steady your nervous system, and bring rhythm and ease back into your days. Small steps that make a real difference, no judgment, no pressure, just support that meets you where you are.

Starter Session
A focused 60‑minute session to assess your needs, identify key patterns, and map out your first steps toward recovery and wellbeing.
Recovery and Wellbeing Package
Eight sessions designed to build emotional regulation, healthy routines, and resilience over time. You’ll receive practical tools, reflective exercises, and ongoing support to keep you moving forward
Holistic Growth Package
Extended support that integrates coaching with sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress‑management strategies for complete mind‑body wellbeing and sustainable growth.
